Your Role

·        Handle full-cycle recruitment, includingsourcing, screening, and interview coordination

·        Engage with candidates and clients to understandhiring requirements

·        Develop talent pipelines through varioussourcing strategies

·        Deliver a positive and professional candidateexperience

·        Achieve recruitment targets and contribute toteam success

·        Support HR initiatives and talent attractionstrategies

What We’re Looking For

·        Diploma/Degree in any discipline (HR preferred)

·        Experience in recruitment, sales, orclient-facing roles is an advantage

·        Strong communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills

·        Results-driven, resilient, and able to workunder pressure

·        Team player with a positive and proactiveattitude
