From your first day, you'll be a trusted partner to the business, bringing sound commercial judgment and strategic HR expertise into leadership conversations that shape our organization. Whether you're advising on organizational effectiveness, supporting leaders through change, or helping build a high-performing culture, you'll play a key role in enabling business success.
At the same time, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of core HR services across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, balancing strategic partnership with operational excellence.
As part of the APAC HR team, you'll report to the HR Lead, APAC, and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Payroll, and fellow HR Business Partners to deliver an exceptional end-to-end employee experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic regional environment, influencing senior stakeholders, and making a meaningful impact while continuing to grow professionally.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, and functional leaders across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness by using people insights to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive business outcomes.
Support organizational design and workforce planning discussions, helping leaders assess capability gaps, optimize team structures, and align talent with business priorities.
Contribute to talent management and succession planning for critical roles across your markets.
Guide leaders through organizational change, restructures, and leadership transitions by applying practical change management principles.
Coach and support leaders and people managers on a broad range of people-related matters.
Provide pragmatic and commercially sound HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation, while navigating the legal and cultural nuances of Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Payroll, and other HR colleagues to ensure a seamless and consistent employee experience.
Support and lead regional HR initiatives and projects that enhance organizational capability and employee engagement.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including a strong track record of partnering with senior business leaders.
Proven experience supporting multiple countries or jurisdictions simultaneously. Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment practices is essential, while exposure to Australia's employment landscape is highly desirable.
Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Practical experience leading or supporting organizational change, restructures, or business transformation initiatives.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and minimal supervision. This is an interim role managing an established portfolio with a short transition period.
Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
