Senior, Human Resources (HR) - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Talent Attraction, Development & Awards team to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives and strengthen the pipeline of healthcare professionals across key job families.

In this role, you will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop innovative recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and implement workforce initiatives to attract and secure top talent for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice within the healthcare sector.
• Design and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify manpower needs and develop sustainable talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles.
• Explore and implement innovative sourcing channels and recruitment initiatives to expand the talent pool.
• Analyse recruitment data and prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to support strategic workforce planning and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly for Nursing and Allied Health job families, or involvement in healthcare manpower planning and future workforce pipeline strategies will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across different levels of the organisation.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
