Senior Recruitment Partner - Part-Time

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Senior Recruitment Partner for 12 months contract role with one of our leading Technology clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
• Ensuring a great candidate experience for all candidates in the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
• Min 3 years of working experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Experience in SEA market and hands on experience in managing stakeholders in Singapore as well as SEA (VIetnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia)
