Overall Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Human Capital Business Partner and General Manager, to manage the social media accounts and recruitment for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, create and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram)
Track performance metrics using analytics tools
Research social trends, hashtags, and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach
Monitor community engagement and respond to comments or messages under guidance
Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, visuals, and campaigns that reflect our organizational values and voice
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts
Support on staff engagement activities and initiatives
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting officer
Key Attributes:
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, communications, media or related fields
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite)
Strong writing, visual, and storytelling skills with a keen sense for trends and tone
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creative communication and community engagement
Have experience in basic video editing or graphic design
