We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to joinour HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting,and hiring top talent to support the organisation’s growth. Key Responsibilities

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, fromsourcing to onboarding

·        Partner with hiring managers to understandhiring needs and workforce planning

·        Source candidates through job portals, socialmedia, and networking channels

·        Screen, interview, and assess candidates toensure the best fit

·        Coordinate interviews and manage candidateexperience throughout the hiring journey

·        Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

·        Support employer branding and recruitmentinitiatives

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field

·        Prior experience in recruitment, talentacquisition, or HR preferred

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andmanage multiple roles

·        Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
