Talent Acquisition, Hybrid, MNC, CBD, 6 Months - Part-Time

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations across the Asia Pacific region. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing interview coordination and recruitment logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and locations
• Manage end-to-end interview logistics including confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and support
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems with strong attention to detail
• Proactively resolve scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver a professional and engaging experience as a brand representative

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting hiring across multiple regions/time zones
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive assistants
