Talent Acquisition Lead - Part-Time

This is a high-impact role supporting the hiring of mid-to-senior technology professionals across multiple international locations. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, technology executives, and HR stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and ensure efficient recruitment operations across a complex global environment.

We're looking for individuals with:

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers
• Strong track record hiring mid-to-senior technology professionals across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, architecture, and related disciplines
• Experience coordinating technology recruitment across multiple countries and global locations
• Strong understanding of ATS platforms, recruitment reporting, and end-to-end recruitment operations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring priorities while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience
• Commercial, consultative approach with the confidence to partner senior stakeholders and challenge where appropriate
