Talent Acquisition - Part-Time

Location: Woodlands
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Type: 6-months contract (possible conversion/extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in agency, in-house, or RPO recruitment environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.

Preferred

• Experience hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or semiconductor-related roles is an advantage.
