💼 Job Scope
• Manage graduate and internship programmes across APAC
• Support recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery, and offboarding
• Partner with universities, ITEs, and colleges on early career initiatives
• Coordinate career fairs, campus engagement, and student events
• Manage recruitment vendors and external partners
• Track government grants and programme reporting
• Work closely with regional HR and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations

✅ Requirements
• Experience in Graduate Programmes, Early Careers, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Learning & Development
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience managing HR or talent-related projects
• Good understanding of employment practices and HR processes
