Technical Recruiter - Part-Time

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Technical Talent Recruiter for a 12 months contract role.  As a Technical Talent Recruiter you will be responsible to attract, screen and hire talents based on clients requirements.

What will you do:

• Proactively develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS system, LinkedIn, job boards and networking to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles.
• Craft and send personalized, compelling outreach messages (emails/InMails) to spark interest.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas, understand role requirements, and refine search strategies.
• Track all sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Measure and report on recruitment metrics.

What will you need:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter across APAC markets
• Experience of working on Technical roles in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and talent sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentBin, GitHub).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective candidate outreach.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and job descriptions
• Knowing Japanese/Thai/Korean is a plus
