Key Responsibilities:

• Source and headhunt candidates, screening resumes to shortlist talents
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and help identify staffing needs
• Support job onboarding and contract signing for new hires
• Be the first line of interviewer to assess candidate fit
• Manage department calls and day-to-day admin support
