• Support the administration and execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Coordinate annual HR review exercises and related employee processes.
• Manage employee enquiries and provide timely support on HR matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various teams to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee data, reports, and documentation.
• Support process standardization and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with project coordination and implementation of new HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with regional and local teams to support business and employee needs.
