Job Description - Training Analyst - Part-Time

About the Company

We are a leading enterprise solutions provider dedicated to maximizing organizational capability through structured digital learning and continuous human capital transformation. We foster a collaborative, high-growth environment where technical expertise and creative training strategies intersect. We believe in building resilient teams, nurturing local talent, and delivering world-class performance support systems that drive long-term business readiness and success.

About the Job

We are seeking an operationally structured and creative Training Analyst to support our Learning/Training Lead in designing, developing, and deploying high-impact enterprise training architectures and performance support materials. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design and cross-functional project management.

As a vital link between change management teams and business units, you will collaborate heavily across multiple departments to analyze learning needs, formulate training evaluation strategies, and drive team decisions. You will take ownership of adapting established core frameworks (specifically referencing Wave 1 training components) into engaging, localized, and effective educational deliverables tailored for diverse learner personas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design & Content Development: Design and develop engaging, technically accurate, and effective training materials that cater to diverse adult learning styles, utilizing Wave 1 training blueprints as a core foundation.

  • Visual Design Integration: Apply instructional visual design principles to produce clean, high-retention learning aids, multimedia training assets, and performance support documentation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business analysts, and multi-disciplinary teams to translate system mechanics into simple training modules.

  • Needs Analysis & Strategy: Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to map out skill gaps, and implement targeted performance support interventions.

  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Formulate and execute structured training evaluation strategies; actively capture learner feedback and program metrics to iteratively enhance delivery quality.

  • Strategic Decision Making: Participate actively in project sprint decisions, engage across ecosystem workstreams, and deliver pragmatic problem-solving frameworks for immediate and broader training tracks.

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory for Skills Matching)

  • Learning Content Development: Proven intermediate-to-advanced experience in modern curriculum design, corporate training content creation, and instructional framework execution.

  • Training Visual Design: Demonstrated ability to map out scannable, visually cohesive training documentation, user guides, or digital presentation modules.

  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Practical exposure to evaluating business changes and outlining specific operational training requirements.

  • Training Evaluation: Foundational understanding of learning evaluation metrics (e.g., Kirkpatrick model tiers) to measure program effectiveness.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS), or rapid authoring software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise system rollouts or multi-wave technology adoption programs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to manage stakeholder feedback constructively.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Nationality Requirement: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.

  • Availability: Ability to start immediately or on short notice (ASAP).

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite execution.
