HR & People Operations

• Coordinate employee onboarding: equipment setup, email creation, Zoho People records, document collection, contract signing
• Maintain HR records and training logs; improve existing onboarding processes and forms
• Support intern recruitment in coordination with local universities and polytechnics
• Contribute to strengthening company culture in Singapore and across remote team locations
• Assist with benefits administration and flag improvement opportunities

Recruitment Support

• Post job listings on LinkedIn and manage incoming applications
• Coordinate on-site interview logistics and candidate communication
• Collect candidate documents and support the end-to-end hiring workflow

Office & Vendor Management

• Manage day-to-day office operations: cleaning schedule, supplies, water, and facilities
• Serve as the primary contact point with JTC (our industrial landlord)
• Maintain Verti SharePoint for employee contracts and administrative documents
• Handle ad hoc procurement and minor vendor coordination

General Administration

• Provide general administrative support to the Singapore team and Switzerland HQ
• Handle day-to-day tasks and requests in a timely and organized manner
