Corporate Secretary - Part-Time

We are supporting a leading private investment platform with a global footprint in hiring a Corporate Secretary to join its team on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of corporate secretarial matters across a multi-jurisdictional structure within a lean, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary corporate secretary for a group structure spanning 40+ entities across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee corporate governance requirements, including filings, statutory compliance and entity maintenance
• Coordinate and support board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, materials and minutes
• Manage incorporation and wind-down of entities as part of fund lifecycle activities
• Maintain corporate structure charts and internal governance records
• Liaise with internal legal teams and external advisors across regions
• Support basic regulatory, KYC and compliance processes

Requirements

• 5+ years’ corporate secretarial experience, ideally within financial services or asset management
• Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional governance and compliance requirements
• Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
