1- Year Contract Procurement Executive (Healthcare/ Up To $4000) Ref: GAS - Part-Time

• Working location – Eastern part of Singapore
• Salary up to S$4000 per month
• One-Year Contract

A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and procure pharmaceutical products; ensure sufficient availability of medications.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure compliance with contract terms and pricing agreements.
• Support tender activities, including but not limited to quotation evaluation, and supplier selection.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze medication usage trends, and prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and product expiries.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs), and track orders through ERP systems.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medications in accordance with cold-chain requirements.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, controlled drug requirements, and audit standards.
• Coordinate product recalls, quality issues, invoice reconciliation, goods receipt processing (GRN), and procurement reporting.
• Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent
• Minimum2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Procurement
• Hands on experience with ERP software will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge on Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) and Health Sciences Authority (HSA Regulations)
