1 Year Shipping Logistics Executive Up To $3500 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Bartley

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and shipment processing.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, CCP, CO, CITES permits, inspection/collection forms).
• Arrange freight bookings, shipping instructions, and coordinate cargo collection with freight forwarders.
• Provide shipment updates to customers and maintain accurate shipping records and tracking spreadsheets.
• Release shipping documents to the Packing team, dispatch ad-hoc items, verify documentation, and support other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Import/Export or a related field
• Proven experience in handling Air and Sea Freight documentation.
• Familiarity with CITES documentation and processes.
• Proficient in: M3 ERP System, Microsoft Excel and Word.
