3-Month Temp Sales Support Assistant | Logistics

Pioneer Road (Approx. 400m walk from Gul Circle MRT)

 Duration: 3 Months Temporary

 Salary: S$2,200/month

 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Responsibilities

**Business Development Support**

* Conduct research to identify potential customers across industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce, Healthcare, Wine & Spirits, FMCG, and Automotive.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

* Assist with lead generation, customer outreach, and appointment setting.

* Follow up on customer enquiries and potential business opportunities.

**Customer & Market Intelligence**

* Perform market mapping and competitor research within the logistics and supply chain industry.

* Monitor industry trends, customer movements, and business opportunities.

* Prepare customer meeting materials and presentation decks.

**Client Management Support**

* Coordinate customer meetings and maintain meeting records.

* Follow up with customers and support relationship management activities.

* Update customer records and sales activity trackers.

**Sales Administration**

* Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity reports.

* Maintain prospect and customer databases.

* Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Client Management team.
