6 Months Assistant Manager, Procurement & Planning (Raw Materials) #EAT - Part-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support regional sourcing activities across Asia, including supplier engagement, sourcing execution, and procurement project coordination.

• Conduct market intelligence and research to provide insights on industry trends, supplier landscape, market conditions, and sourcing opportunities.

• Support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives by sourcing new ingredients, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining an up-to-date ingredient supplier database.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation workshops and related stakeholder activities.

• Provide operational procurement support for Buy/Sell activities, including SAP transaction processing and procurement administration, ensuring business continuity while key team members are engaged in strategic transformation projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of procurement initiatives and support business objectives.

• Maintain procurement data accuracy, documentation, and reporting to support sourcing and operational requirements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, with proven expertise in sourcing, tender management, supplier negotiations, contracting, and project management.

• Experience managing regional and/or global sourcing activities, preferably within direct raw materials or ingredient categories.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in handling large datasets, procurement reporting, and data analysis.
