Customer Service Cum Purchaser (Contract Logistics) DT - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely system updates
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide order and shipment status updates
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules and documentation
• Handle shipping arrangements, including freight bookings, documentation, and customs coordination
• Work closely with logistics partners, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies, and escalate issues when required
• Support invoicing processes and ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory-related transactions
• Assist with operational tasks such as stock reconciliation and team support when needed

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in order management, logistics, or customer service operations
• Good understanding of import/export processes, customs regulations, and Incoterms
• Experience working with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) or trade documentation is an added advantage
