Key Responsibilities

New Site Implementation

• Support the design and build process for a new site
• Assist in preparation of Invitation-to-Tender (ITT) documents for design and build works
• Compile required documentation and track submissions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout procurement processes

Asset & Inventory Management

• Support asset write-off and disposal processes
• Assist in identifying items for transfer to the new location
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and records

Reinstatement & Move-In Coordination

• Liaise with vendors and contractors for reinstatement works
• Track project progress and timelines
• Support logistics coordination for smooth site handover and move-in

Requirements

• Background in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in facilities/office management, procurement, contract administration, project coordination, or logistics is an advantage
• Familiarity with government procurement processes (especially ITT preparation) is a strong plus
• Knowledge of lease or tenancy documentation is an added advantage
