Fulfilment Intern Job Description

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented intern to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be able to learn how to coordinate with logistics providers for the shipment of goods, preparing and processing shipping documents for both import and export and working closely with internal teams. You will also assist in preparing sales reports, handling administrative tasks and serve as the primary point of contact for logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Responsibilities

o Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing and maintaining and preparing and process shipping documents

o Prepare and submit sales reports and other related documentation

o Maintain and file shipping and logistics documentation in an organised and accessible manner

2. Logistics Coordination

o Coordinate with internal team and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods

o Manage logistics-related inquiries and ensure smooth communication between internal and external parties

o Monitor shipment status

3. General Responsibilities

o Perform other duties as assigned by Fulfillment HOD

o Build strong teamwork and communication across internal departments and external parties

Who we are looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic or related field

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Proficient in Microsoft Office
