Inventory Assistant (Laboratory) 1 Year Contract - Part-Time

Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Inventory Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.

This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located at Tuas

5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)

Duties

• Handle receiving, checking, and storage of laboratory supplies such as consumables, chemicals, and reagents
• Process goods receipt and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
• Track stock levels and assist with replenishment based on usage trends
• Perform regular stock checks to ensure proper storage and monitor expiry dates
• Distribute supplies to work areas and maintain cleanliness of storage and inventory spaces

Requirements

• Possesses an ITE or a Diploma in Science or related discipline
• Comfortable with manual lifting of laboratory supplies
