We’relooking for an analytical and proactive Inventory Control Executive toensure we always have the right products, in the right quantities, at the righttime.

Thisrole goes beyond counting stock—you’ll play a key role in inventory planning,purchasing decisions, and supporting business growth. If you enjoy analysingdata, solving problems, and improving processes, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

📊 Inventory Planning & Analysis

·      Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.

·      Analyse sales trends and forecast inventory requirements.

·      Determine optimal inventory levels using Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory planning.

·      Recommend order quantity based on demand forecasts and inventory performance.

📦 Purchasing & Stock Management

·      Ensure inventory records are accurate to support precise purchasing decisions.

·      Prevent stock shortages while minimising excess inventory.

·      Maintain healthy inventory levels to support sales without unnecessary overstock.

🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration

·      Work closely with the Sales team to understand upcoming promotions, stock clearance campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal demand.

·      Differentiate between normal sales trends and temporary sales spikes to improve purchasing decisions.

·      Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

✅ Inventory Accuracy

·      Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.

·      Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend improvements.

·      Continuously improve inventory processes and reporting accuracy.

🤖 AI & Digital Tools

·      Use AI and data analysis tools to improve work efficiency and productivity.

·      Leverage data analysis tools to assist with inventory analysis, reporting, forecasting, and process improvements.

·      Stay up to date with new technologies that help improve inventory planning and decision-making.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

·      Enjoys analysing numbers and solving problems.

·      Has excellent attention to detail.

·      Thinks ahead and plans proactively.

·      Communicates effectively across departments.

·      Is organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.

·      Must be comfortable to learn and use data tools to work smarter and more efficiently.

·      Experience in Inventory Control, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
