IT/Port Engineer (Tuas Port/Autonomous Driving) - Proficiency In Chinese - Part-Time

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the deployment and system operation of the autonomous driving fleet at the port site;
• Complete the on-site function test of the autonomous driving system according to the needs of research and development or project, and output the test report;
• Responsible for the troubleshooting, positioning and solution of on-site software and hardware system problems, and ensure the stable operation of the system and the normal use of daily basic equipment of the vehicle;
• Assist or independently undertake technical communication and coordination with customers and related business parties.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications, documenting reports in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN with stakeholders in China who communicate solely in MANDARIN.

Requirements

• Proficient in using computer and office software, with basic network diagnosis and Linux command line operation experience is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, patience, good at communication and coordination, good pressure resistance;
• Willing to support 12-hours rotating shift.
• Proficient (written and spoken) in ENGLISH and CHINESE (Min B3 in  GCE "O" Level CHINESE) or equivalent) to facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications, and prepare reports with MANDARIN-SPEAKING ONLY stakeholders in China.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus
