Logistics Assistant (3-Month Contract, Up To $2,600) - Part-Time

Location: Pioneer Road

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Alternate Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

About the Role

We are seeking reliable Logistics Assistants to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for order picking, forklift operations, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely for loading, unloading, and stock movement.

• Perform order picking using Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including order pickers.

• Pick and prepare orders for same-day delivery.

• Handle cartons weighing up to 25kg.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

• Support inventory movement and warehouse operations.

• Carry out ad-hoc warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Refresher License (must not be expired).

• Valid Perform Work-at-Height Certification. (Must have. Please include in your resume.)

• Experience operating MHE equipment, including order pickers.

• Able to handle manual lifting of up to 25kg per carton.

• Able to manage high-volume picking activities (approximately 400–700 cartons daily).

• Good attendance record and strong work ethic.

• No health concerns that may affect work performance.

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience will be an advantage.
