Logistics Team Leader - Part-Time

Job Description

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, safety, and operational excellence.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks to maximise workflow efficiency and meet operational targets.
• Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through timely WMS transactions, cycle counts, and stock takes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues while serving as the first point of escalation.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members on operational procedures, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, enhancing workflows, and supporting warehouse optimisation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience using SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
