Logistics Transportation/Fleet Coordinator (Tuas, $3.5k) - Part-Time

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate local transport activities for import and export cargo movements.
• Plan and arrange cargo pickups, deliveries and related operational schedules.
• Support vehicle and resource allocation based on operational requirements.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, ports, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Monitor shipment progress and address operational issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain transport and delivery documentation.
• Ensure accurate job completion records to support invoicing processes.
• Comply with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• GCE O/A Levels, Nitec or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transport coordination or related operations preferred
• Familiarity with local transport, port or yard operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of import/export documentation processes is a plus
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Singaporean only need apply
