Ops Coordinator - 12 Months Contract - SGD3.4k - Part-Time

Are you passionate about autonomous vehicles and safety? We are seeking a dedicated AV Field Operator to be the on-ground eyes and first responder for our innovative AV operations in Punggol and Tampines. This 12-month contract offers a great opportunity with potential for extension or permanent placement.

What You Will Do:

• ODD (Operational Design Domain) Patrolling & Hazard Detection: Regularly patrol routes to identify hazards, obstructions, illegal parking, pedestrian safety concerns, and environmental conditions affecting AV performance. Log issues and alert control centers in real time.
• Incident First Response: Act swiftly at incident sites involving AVs, coordinating safety, assisting emergency responders, managing passenger comfort, and documenting incidents accurately.
• On-Ground Operational Support: Support testing, vehicle recovery, special events, and public interactions. Help retrieve roadside equipment and support AV validation activities.
• AV & Infrastructure Monitoring: Check shuttle stops for cleanliness and signage clarity. Report maintenance needs and assist with deploying temporary roadside markers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in transport operations, security, field services, or logistics support role
• Strong situational awareness and calm decision-making skills
• Valid Class 3/3A Singapore driving license
• Comfortable with mobile reporting tools and communication platforms (e.g., Slack)
• Physically fit to walk, cycle, or stand outdoors for extended periods
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong safety mindset

Nice to Have:

• Defensive driving or safety training certification
• Familiarity with AV systems, ODD concepts, or public transport safety standards
• First aid certification or emergency response experience
• Experience working with the public in field or enforcement roles
