Order Management Specialist (After Sales Marketing)

📍 Location: Tanjong Pagar
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.45pm
💼 Employment Type: Permanent (Office Hours)

💰 Salary:

• Min Degree : $3,550
• 1 year relevant experience: Up to $3,800
• 2 years relevant experience: Up to $4,200

Job Responsibilities

• Manage service parts and accessories orders across Asia Pacific and overseas markets.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Respond to enquiries from distributors and provide order support.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g. Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading) to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Handle warranty claims, short/mispacking cases, and logistics quality issues.
• Process supplier and customer invoice payments using SAP.
• Prepare monthly KPI and operational reports.
