Order Management Specialist #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring an Order Management Specialist to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

• Manage service parts and accessories orders across Asia Pacific, ensuring timely order processing and supply operations.
• Coordinate with distributors, suppliers, and freight forwarders on shipment arrangements and documentation.
• Handle warranty claims, logistics issues, supplier payments via SAP, and prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Support after-sales operations while ensuring smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Min degree in Logistics or related discipline.
• Min 1–2 years of relevant experience are an added advantage

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.45pm

Salary: Up to $4,200

Candidates may be required to travel within Asia
