Packaging & Supply Chain Specialist
6-Month Contract
Pharma MNC
East (pick up islandwide)
No experience required as training will be provided
Office hour monday to Friday

Manage Client Packaging Projects
• Coordinate packaging and labeling requirements with clients
• Review requests and ensure compliance with operational requirements
• Prepare packaging mock-ups and support approval processes
• Monitor project timelines and documentation

Support Packaging & Production Operations
• Create and maintain packaging/redressing instructions
• Liaise with production teams on packaging requirements
• Manage document revisions and version control
• Assist in resolving operational issues

Inventory & Material Tracking
• Monitor client-owned packaging materials
• Track inventory usage and replenishment requirements
• Prepare inventory and status reports

Work Across Multiple Departments
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams
• Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvements
