Procurement Analyst (6-Month Contract) - Part-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to support the procurement function through spend analysis, purchase price monitoring, data management, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that enhance sourcing strategies, improve cost visibility, and support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, spending trends, and supplier performance.
• Monitor and report Purchase Price Variance (PPV), investigate pricing deviations, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of procurement databases, supplier master data, pricing records, and purchasing information.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate actionable insights from procurement data to support strategic sourcing and procurement decision-making.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure integrity of procurement information.
• Support spend categorization and supplier segmentation initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancement opportunities through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or procurement analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Experienced and interests in supplier spend tracking and contract management will be an advantage. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
