Key Highlights

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Salary Range: $4,100 – $4,500
• Work Location: MRT Toa Payoh
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support end-to-end procurement operations and provide advisory support to internal buying divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory support to buying divisions on procurement activities
• Support procurement submissions including expenditure papers and award recommendation reports
• Advise on sourcing documentation such as specifications, procurement strategies, and evaluation criteria to ensure value-for-money outcomes
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities
• Publishing tenders and quotations
• Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoicing Instructions (II)
• Performing contract variations in the system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buying divisions
• Contribute to the review and improvement of procurement policies and processes

Requirements

• Qualification in any discipline (Diploma or Degree)
• 4 to 6 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the public sector
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
