Production Planner (Contract) - Part-Time

Job’s mission

As an Production Planner, you will support production planning activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery of semiconductor equipment. You will assist in coordinating schedules, managing data, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and on-time execution.

What you will be working on

Assist in maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM) and multi-level BOM structures.

Support production schedule preparation in alignment with build plans and manufacturing milestones.

Monitor demand loading, work orders, and shipment plans to ensure timely execution.

Track and update project milestones (e.g., Assembly Start, completion, CTB).

Assist in managing engineering changes and configuration updates in SAP

Support coordination between Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics teams

Maintain and update planning data, reports, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI).

Help monitor production progress, shortages, and risks, escalating issues where necessary.

Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and support documentation of processes.

What we are looking for

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field

1–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain support (fresh grads with relevant internships may be considered)

Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Organized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
