The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work with a company supporting globally renowned luxury brands
• Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Nearest MRT: Taiseng
• 12 months contract
• Salary: SGD 3,500

Job Description

• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth order and shipment processing
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, CITES, and certificates
• Arrange shipments and liaise with freight forwarders for bookings and collections
• Update customers on shipment status and maintain accurate records
• Support packing and dispatch, handle ad-hoc tasks, and ensure all documents are complete

The Talent

• Relevant qualification with hands-on experience in air and sea freight documentation, including CITES
• Familiar with ERP systems (M3 is a plus) and comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and stays composed under pressure
