Solutions Design Manager (Supply Chain) - Part-Time

About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and meticulous Solutions Design Manager (Supply Chain) drive development and implementation of end-to-end solutions.

• Manage the solution design process during RFQ/RFP initialisation, including proposals, presentations, and costing calculations;
• Drive customer business requirement documentation, clarifying and facilitating discussions across internal functional teams;
• Lead project implementations and the deployment of new businesses, ensuring effective and efficient handover from design to operations;
• Coordinate across operations, logistics engineering, IT, and account teams to deliver seamless solutions;
• Lead analysis of internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity, driving business improvement projects;
• Support the regional teams, contributing to multi-site project governance and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in supply chain and logistics environments;
• Experience in solution design and logistics processes;
• Adeptness in managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments;
• Strong passion for supply chain and logistics;
• Customer-oriented approach, with ability to manage stakeholders and deal with complex issues.
