Store Assistant (6 Months Contract) - Part-Time

Role Purpose

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for store operations, ensuring all transactions and records are properly captured in the system.
• Support store functions by maintaining reliable data, documentation, and record integrity.
• Assist in basic coordination and administrative tasks related to store activities.

Key Responsibilities

• • Perform high-volume data entry for store transactions, including:

        - Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)

       - WRV transactions

        - MTV (stock transfer / location updates)

• Update and maintain daily records in the system (e.g., GRN logs, supplier records).
• Check and verify data against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing (physical and electronic) for all data entry records.
• Monitor and respond to daily emails related to data entry and store transactions.
• Coordinate with internal requestors to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Handle document processing tasks such as stamping, sorting, and distribution to relevant parties.
• Provide basic support for store/admin activities (courier receiving, stationery updates, backup support when required).

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum secondary school or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills with ability to perform fast and accurate data entry.
• Familiarity with Excel or any inventory / ERP system is an advantage.
• Prior experience in data entry, store admin, or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Comfortable handling repetitive data tasks with high attention to detail.
