Terminal Operator Specialist (Greenwich, Shift Work) - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Supervise daily inbound/outbound operations and admin team, ensuring KPIs and quarterly targets are met
• Train and support admin/operations staff; resolve booking and operations issues
• Ensure team compliance with HSE, security, quality, and system/customer standards
• Liaise with customers, transporters, and vendors on shipments, returns, and daily issues
• Handle warehouse data entry, pick lists, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Support system upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and team-building efforts
• Manage overtime planning and escalate/recommend action on non-conformance issues

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years of related experience
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA) 
• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
• Must have experience in leading a team

Location: Greenwich

Salary: From $2600-3000/Month (negotiable)

Working Hours: 5-Day(Fri-Tue): Morning
