Warehouse Assistant Bukit Timah Up To $3000 Mon-Fri #2209 - Part-Time

1. Period: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)

2. Location: Rifle Range Army Camp (King Albert Park MRT)

3. Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 0730-1715

4. Salary: $2500 - $3000

Job Descriptions: 

• Unloading deliveries from suppliers or transport vehicles

• Inspecting products for damage or discrepancies and checking against delivery notes

• Storing goods in appropriate locations within the warehouse to maximize space

• Labeling and tagging inventory with relevant information

• Counting stock regularly to ensure accuracy and to avoid stockouts or overstocking

• Picking items based on customer or internal orders

• Packing goods securely for shipping, ensuring they are properly prepared to avoid damage during transit

• Labeling packages with the correct information and delivery details

• Ensuring accuracy in the picking and packing process to avoid errors in shipments

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to avoid accidents or injuries

• Performing routine equipment checks to ensure everything is functioning properly

• Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues

• Reporting any issues such as damaged goods, discrepancies in inventory, or safety concerns to management

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC with related education

• At least 2-3 years’ experience of working experience in Store/Warehouse

• SAP & Warehouse knowledge is added advantage

• Possesses a valid forklift license is an added advantage

• Willing to do OT if required
