Warehouse Compliance Specialist - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Draft and update warehouse and material planning SOPs, forms, and templates.
• Ensure correct GMP formatting, version control, and routing for review/approval.
• Prepare, update, and file GMP records (receiving, issuing, inventory, batch-related docs).
• Maintain controlled document filing—paper and electronic—per GDP requirements.
• Assist in preparing warehouse-related change control, deviation, and incident documents.
• Track and file closure records.
• Collect and manage supplier documentation (CoA, CoC, MSDS, specs).
• Ensure completeness of documents to support QC/QA review.
• PO delivery notice maintenance in excel/SAP

About You:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in GMP warehouse environment.
• Experience in SAP or ERP System.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
• Able to work in Tuas. Transport provided.

Duration: 12 months, renewable based on performance
