Logistic Manager - Part-Time

This position reports to the general manager and works closely with the operation managers and logistic staff. Individual to be involved in:
1. Supervising the inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
2. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
3. Managing the order processing system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Overseeing the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as maintaining the warehouse in an organized and efficient manner.
5. Coordinating transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and monitoring transportation costs.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to logistics and transportation.
7. Monitoring and controlling logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory costs, to ensure they are within budget.
8. Managing and leading a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

3. Familarize with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems, to optimize logistics operations.
4. Able to manage vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure timely order delivery
5. Ability to coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and monitoring transportation costs
6. Gain knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing efficient warehouse layout and design principles.
