Logistics Manager (1.5 Year Contract) / Retail MNC / West - Part-Time

Our client is a Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Manager to join their Business Development team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory data to ensure accuracy and performing system adjustments for transfers, litigations, and discrepancies promptly.
• Manage and check stock reconciliation reports and addressing any discrepancies.
• Manage third-party logistics for smooth processes and timely deliveries.
• Coordinating with customs brokers for declarations and inspections, resolving shipment issues.
• Managing export operations, including documentation and communication with forwarders and suppliers.
• Overseeing phase-out operations, sales preparations, stock takes, cycle counts, and annual destruction exercises.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and logistic partners for timely customer deliveries.
• Checking invoices for logistic-related billing.
• Validating operational expenses and managing stationery and packaging reorders.
• Understanding local product compliance and regulations.
• Supporting ATA Carnet, CITES, and FDA applications.
• Any ad hoc duty as given

Requirement

• Min University in logistics related
• Min 6 years of logistics experience
• Experience and knowledgeable in Export/Import Transportation, Customs Clearance and Warehouse Management.
