• Manage specific tasks by organizing, controlling, and reporting • Communicate effectively with internal project members • Delegate tasks while maintaining control and facilitating decision-making • Support project management team to stay focused on project objectives • Cascade project objectives to the project team • Coordinate issue resolution • Follow the Management of Change process • Report key information to the Project Manager • Ensure corrective actions are implemented
