Biotechnologist CGMP Manufacturing Specialist #HDC - Part-Time

Join a dynamic biotechnology manufacturing environment where you will play an important role in supporting high-quality production operations and process excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to perform cGMP manufacturing activities, operate production systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine and non-routine manufacturing operations according to established SOPs, batch records, and electronic documentation systems.
• Perform cleanroom production activities including equipment preparation, cleaning, sterilization processes, filtration activities, and material handling.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and manufacturing execution systems while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
• Carry out sampling activities, laboratory checks, process monitoring, and documentation of production data.
• Support troubleshooting activities, investigations, deviation management, and corrective actions to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in process transfers, validation activities, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support safety, quality, housekeeping, and audit readiness initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
• Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job support to team members when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with cGMP practices, cleanroom operations, manufacturing systems, and equipment operations is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to support rotating shifts and operational requirements.
• Ability to comply with cleanroom gowning, safety procedures, and manufacturing requirements.
