Fabricator (Main Skills Arc Welding) - Part-Time

Assembly / Fabricate Alloy (metal) product with acceptable quality with Tips welding technical skills per specification, products inspection, Data entry, etc.

·        Receives metal parts and initiates transactions in computer of material movement.

·        Studies blue print of part to be fabricated, computes dimensions, and plans sequence of operations.

·        Measures and inspects kitted parts to determine specification conformance.

·        Sets up and operates machine tools such as metal forming machines, drills, presses, pneumatic hand tools, and welders to meet part specifications.

·        Assembles, refractory molding and perform tip welding to assemble parts together per print requirement.

·        Perform beadblasting and flame-spray processes on products

·        Cleans and inspects finished products to ensure quality parts are produced. 

·        Verifies conformance of finished products to blueprint specifications.

·        Computer transactions and metric board update / maintenance.

Requirement:

• ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level, Technical Cert;
• Good knowledge of working efficiency, manufacturing, quality, safety & environment preferred;
• Must possess good math skills and the ability to use, read calipers and micrometers and understand measurement tolerances.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) - Microsoft MS Words/ Excel
• Ability to accurately complete inventory controls/transactions
• Able to work in a safe, clean and metal fabrication environment
• Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
• Good communication skills, result oriented and proactive
• Physically Strong to manage products of weight around 10 to 20kg.

Starting Basic Salary = S$2,700.00, Skills allowance S$100/S$250 per month upon obtain job skills certification

Daily Lunch provided and Company buses pick up at MRT points at Yishun/Woodlands/Choa Chu Kang/Bukit Batok/Lakeside/Boon Lay
