Micro Assembly Technician

Up to $3,500 / month

Work location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 5 days work week, 12 hours shift

The Micro Assembly Technician is responsible for supporting the Micro Assembly Engineer in the assembly, testing, and documentation of microwave/mmWave microelectronic products. 

Key Responsibilities
• Perform die attach, wire bonding, and precision micro-assembly for prototype and production products.
• Operate and maintain microelectronics assembly equipment while handling RF and electronic components in an ESD-controlled environment.
• Conduct microscope inspections, support troubleshooting, and carry out basic rework to ensure product quality.
• Follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and quality standards while maintaining accurate production records.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, support inventory control, and assist with continuous process improvements.

Requirements
• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in microelectronic assembly, semiconductor packaging, electronics manufacturing, or precision assembly is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of die attach and wire bonding processes.
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Familiarity with RF/microwave components is an advantage.
