Purchasing Sourcing Specialist (6 Months) - Part-Time

•Source and evaluate potential suppliers to meet business requirements

•Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and value

•Manage procurement processes including RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, and purchase orders

•Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

•Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service quality

•Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements

•Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and market trends

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, finance, logistics)

•Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

•Support inventory planning and demand forecasting where required

•Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

•Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

•Harmonious, productive working relationships with other departments

•Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

•Ability to work independently

•Experience in strategic sourcing or category management

Knowledge of contract management and procurement best practices

Familiarity with cost analysis and budgeting
