QA Technical Specialist Rifle Range Mon-Fri $2800 #2209 - Part-Time

1. Salary range: $2500 to $2800

2. Working days and time: Monday to Friday, 0730hrs to 1715hrs

3. Working location: Rifle Range Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct dimensional and geometric inspections of mechanical components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and 3D scanning systems

• Perform visual and manual inspections using appropriate metrology tools and inspection equipment

• Execute Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections on composite materials using established techniques, including Bondmaster, Woodpecker, and infrared (IR) thermography

• Ensure inspection integrity and adherence to applicable NDT standards and procedures

• Ensure inspections are carried out with high accuracy, consistency, and within required turnaround times

• Apply efficient inspection methodologies (e.g., looping techniques) for high-volume or repetitive measurement processes

• Perform calibration of gauges, instruments, and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and traceability

• Prepare and maintain calibration records in compliance with ISO 17025 standards

• Accurately record inspection results and maintain proper quality documentation and traceability records

• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of quality reports and documentation as required

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

• Working knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17025

• Basic knowledge of mechanical components, engineering drawings, and inspection methodologies

• Understanding or exposure to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is advantageous

• Familiarity with inspection technologies such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and 3D scanning systems is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

• May be required to travel to Boon Lay office based on operational needs
